We want families to feel confident with their SWIMTRAINER USA order. If something is not right, contact us and we will help.
Direct purchases and proof of purchase
Returns, refunds, replacements and defect claims are available for products purchased directly from this website. For products purchased from Amazon, Walmart, another marketplace, a retailer or another seller, please contact the seller or platform where you made the purchase.
Proof of purchase is required. This may include your order number, invoice, receipt or order confirmation. For defect claims, we may also ask for photos of the product, packaging and the batch or lot number shown on the product where available.
30 day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, clean, in original condition and returned with original packaging, accessories and instructions where available.
How to start a return
Email usa@swimtrainer.com with your order number, item name and reason for return before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and next steps.
Free returns
Eligible U.S. returns for products purchased directly from this website are free within the 30 day return window. We will provide a return shipping label or return shipping instructions after approving the return request.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error, a damaged or defective item, or where required by law.
Approved refunds are usually submitted within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue any required refund promptly in accordance with applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before sending the product back. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, a short description of the issue, clear photos of the product and packaging, and the batch or lot number where available.
We will review the request and let you know whether a replacement part, replacement product, exchange, return or refund is the appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Used swim nappies, visibly used products, products used in water, damaged products not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects, final sale items, gift cards and items returned outside the return window are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Safety reminder
Always inspect products before every use. Do not use damaged, punctured, leaking, improperly inflated or poorly fitting swim aids.
