Shipping Policy
Where we ship
SWIMTRAINER USA currently ships online orders within the United States. For wholesale, international or special shipping requests, contact usa@swimtrainer.com.
We do not currently offer online checkout for European Union customers or EU delivery addresses. If this changes, additional consumer rights information, including any applicable EU withdrawal rights, will be provided before purchase.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak season, processing may take longer.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing or address issues. Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where supported.
Shipping rates
Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Other orders may show a standard shipping charge at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address, the products ordered and applicable state and local tax rules. The final tax amount, if any, is shown before payment is completed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully. Contact us immediately if you need a correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check with household members, neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us so we can help investigate.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
