Product use and safety

SWIMTRAINER products are swim learning aids and pool practice products. They are not life-saving devices, personal flotation devices or substitutes for active adult supervision.

WARNING: Use only under constant adult supervision. SWIMTRAINER products will not protect against drowning.

Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult in and around water. Always follow the product instructions, warnings, age and weight guidance, and all applicable local water safety rules. Improper use may result in serious injury or death.

Free online lessons and digital content

Our free online lessons, QR code lessons, videos, instructions and digital learning materials are provided for private, family and non-commercial use by parents, guardians and responsible adults. They do not replace active adult supervision, professional swim instruction, water safety training, or the safety instructions provided with SWIMTRAINER products.

Children must not use our website, online lessons or digital content independently, register themselves, or submit personal information. Parents, guardians and responsible adults are responsible for choosing age-appropriate content, applying instructions correctly, and supervising children at all times in or near water.

We do not guarantee any specific swimming result, safety level or learning outcome. Progress depends on the child, practice conditions, adult supervision and many individual factors.

Online lessons, QR codes, videos, teaching materials and digital content may not be copied, recorded, published, sold, streamed publicly, shared commercially, used for swim schools or competing products, or otherwise used for business purposes without our prior written permission.

Online store terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful purpose or interfere with the security, operation or availability of this website.

Product information

We do our best to display product descriptions, prices, images, availability and other product details accurately. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change product availability or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Product colors, packaging and details may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, discounts and any applicable taxes are calculated or confirmed at checkout before payment is completed. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

U.S. online sales

Our online store is intended for U.S. customers and U.S. delivery addresses. U.S. online purchases are not subject to the European Union 14 day withdrawal right. We provide the return rights described in our Refund Policy.
